The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse is often praised for its beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean rooms. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, some even featuring roll-top baths and large showers. The location is also a plus, with tube and overground stations just a short walk away, providing convenient access to central London; a bus stop right outside offers another handy transport option. Really good Hospitality and Perfect Room

friendly hosts helpful staff delicious breakfast
The hosts were cute. They were friendly and helpful. I found the room perfect. The soundproofing was excellent, a great advantage considering its location above a pub and restaurant. The breakfast offered a delicious start to the day.
The room lacked warmth, and I felt a slight absence of genuine engagement.

Really good Stay

clean room rainfall shower attentive staff superb food
The room was well-appointed and clean. Air conditioning kept it quiet. A rainfall shower was a highlight. Staff members were cute. They were also great. Food was superb in the restaurant. The menu focused on curry on six days of the week. Two tube lines were a short walk away. There were also many buses. A walk to Maida Vale was easy enough.
The breakfast had good quality ingredients. Despite this, it felt minimalist.
